This study is also aimed at assessing the OCTAPAC culture prevailing in the organization. The current study is aimed at assessing the extent of developmental climate prevailing, through identifying and measuring the perceived organizational climate. Organizational Climate serves as a measure of individual perceptions or feelings about an organization. Organizational Climate is comprised of mixture of norms, values, expectations, policies and procedures that influence work motivation, commitment and ultimately, individual and work unit performance.
